Job Description

We are seeking for short-term/project based technician positions to support our growing technical team responsible for Aftermarket services across Africa. Although experience will be an added advantage, we are open to consider competent technicians with the right attitude and aptitude.

Mission

Successful candidates will be extensively trained and considered for permanent engagement.

Positions will entail; service, maintenance and installation of fire suppression systems in assigned project(s).

Prepare service reports

Generate leads for service and retrofits.

Promote Twakei’s values of integrity and innovation in the market place.

To undertake ad-hoc projects / tasks, as would be allocated.

Experience Requirement

Experience in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical installations, trouble shooting and equipment maintenance.

Experience on maintenance of Port and or Mining equipment will be an added advantage

Excellent communication, and report writing skills

Kenyan passport valid for at least 6 months

Certificate of good conduct

Educational requirements;

Certificate or Diploma in engineering, preferably automotive engineering.

Personality requirements;

Passionate and customer centric.

Self-driven, dynamic, flexible, proactive and safety conscious.

A fast learner with a can do attitude.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under time constraints, and get tasks done with minimum supervision.
